Delivery to Colombia takes between 5-7 business days. We use TCC or Servientrega carriers within Colombia. After you place your order, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t receive one, make sure to check your spam folder.
All purchases made after 6 pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday at 8 am.
WHEN WILL MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER BE DELIVERED? International purchases will be shipped by DHL or FedEx, depending on the destination country. Your order will arrive directly at your door free of surcharges and VAT (taxes and tariffs). Delivery takes between 10 to 15 business days from the moment of your purchase. After you place your order, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t receive one, make sure to check your spam folder.
NORA LOZZA takes pleasure in handling repairs to products that have been damaged by manufacturing or material defects. Please note that our warranty does not cover claims based on wear and tear of the product, such as scratches to the skin from contact with rough surfaces; stains from other substances such as dye, perfume, creams, and dirt; exposure to water, especially rain; exposure to high temperatures.
Our warranty coverage is six (6) months on handbags, wallets, and leather goods, three (3) months on footwear, and one (1) month on jewelry from the date of invoice. NORA LOZZA is not responsible for the deterioration of the product due to use or for special, incidental or indirect damages, regardless of their cause.
For warranty service, the customer must fill out the warranty claim form and deliver the product to a NORA LOZZA store or send it by secure means to:

If defective parts are found within the warranty period, NORA LOZZA will repair or replace them free of charge using new or rehabilitated parts, in accordance with Colombian Law 1480 of 2011. NORA LOZZA will provide the customer with a credit for the purchase value if the item cannot be repaired. The credit can be redeemed through our website or at a NORA LOZZA store.
The customer is responsible for the repair of a product after the end of the warranty period.
If the item has been repaired but breaks again, the customer may choose to have the item repaired, have the price refunded in full, or exchange the item for another of similar type and/or characteristics.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your items within thirty (30) calendar days from the purchase date, provided that they do not show any signs of use and are still in their original packaging. Protects the product from dyes, perfumes, clothes or corrosive substances that discolor and stain the leather, especially alcohol and antibacterials. We recommend cleaning your NORA LOZZA product with a leather conditioner (available in stores) to keep it hydrated and protected from dust and water. Store your product in our protective bags in order to avoid stains or friction with other surfaces.
