NORA LOZZA products are made to ensure satisfaction. We offer a (6) months warranty on our handbags, wallets and small leather goods, (3) months on shoes and (1) month on jewelry. For any manufacturing defects within this time frame, repairs are on us. Please note, that NORA LOZZA is not liable for normal wear and tear caused by scratches to the leather, stain from other substances such as ink, perfumes, or lotions, contact with jeans or tapestry; exposure to water, specially rain; exposure to extreme high temperature.

NORA LOZZA will repair any defected parts in a reasonable time frame. If the product is over our warranty period, if requested by the client NORA LOZZA will repair the product with a charge.

If NORA LOZZA consents that the item cannot be repaired, will proceed to give the client merchandise credit that may be applied toward the purchase of a new item.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase. The item must have its original labeling and must be in an unused condition. NORA LOZZA merchandise may be returned to a store or by mail through a traceable shipping service.

NORA LOZZA will refund the client with merchandise credit, which may be applied toward the purchase of a new item on our website.

Products purchased on sale, or all NORA LOZZA jewelry may not be exchanged
