Orders placed before 3:00 pm (EST) will be dispatched within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped. Please note, processing times do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Orders outside of the U.S territory up to 5-10 business days according to final destination.

Once you have submitted a return request, you will be provided with a complimentary shipping label and return authorization available via email or download at the time of the request with detailed return instructions.
Please be aware that duties and taxes are non–refundable, and a $30 fee will be deducted from your refund for any order place outside the US.
Please do not ship your return back without a return authorization. It will not be processed.
Please note, we do not accept exchanges from orders placed outside the US at this time, however, we recommend placing your new order now and send your current item back as a return.
Protect the leather from corrosive substances that discolor or stain the product. Have special care with the excess of alcohol or antibacterial gel on your hands.
We recommend occasionally treating leather with a leather conditioner to keep it hydrated. Avoid exposing the product to abrasive surfaces and store the item in its original dust bag when not in use.
Our warranty coverage is six (6) months on handbags, wallets, and leather goods, two (2) months on footwear, and one (1) month on jewelry from the date of invoice. NORA LOZZA is not responsible for the wear and tear of the product due to use or for special, incidental or indirect damages, regardless of their cause.
