WHEN WILL MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER BE DELIVERED? International purchases will be shipped by DHL or FedEx, depending on the destination country. Your order will arrive directly at your door free of surcharges and VAT (taxes and tariffs). Delivery takes between 10 to 15 business days from the moment of your purchase. After you place your order, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t receive one, make sure to check your spam folder.
For Domestic return requests, please submit your return request by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once you have submitted a return request, you will be provided with a complimentary shipping label and return authorization available via email or download at the time of the request with detailed return instructions. Original shipping costs are non–refundable. Please do not ship your return back without a return authorization. It will not be processed.
For International return requests, please submit your return request by email to email@example.com
Please be aware that original shipping costs, duties and taxes are non–refundable, and a $50 fee will be deducted from your refund for any international return. When you have submitted your return request, a pre-paid return label and return authorization will be emailed to you. Please do not ship your return back without a return authorization. It will not be processed.
For domestic exchanges, please submit your exchanges request by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note, we do not accept international exchanges at this time, however, we can recommend placing your new order now and send your current item back as a return.
Protects the product from dyes, perfumes, clothes or corrosive substances that discolor and stain the leather, especially alcohol and antibacterials.
We recommend occasionally treating this leather with a leather conditioner, which will help keep it hydrated. To prevent the leather from developing marks, we recommend avoiding exposure to abrasive surfaces and always taking care to store the item properly in its dust bag when not in use.
NORA LOZZA takes pleasure in handling repairs to products that have been damaged by manufacturing or material defects. Please note that our warranty does not cover claims based on wear and tear of the product, such as scratches to the skin from contact with rough surfaces; stains from other substances such as dye, perfume, creams, and dirt; exposure to water, especially rain; exposure to high temperatures.
Our warranty coverage is six (6) months on handbags, wallets, and leather goods, three (3) months on footwear, and one (1) month on jewelry from the date of invoice. NORA LOZZA is not responsible for the deterioration of the product due to use or for special, incidental or indirect damages, regardless of their cause.
Your satisfaction is of great value to us and faults presented within the warranty coverage, will be considered and addressed as soon as possible. Manufacturing defects are assessed on a case by case basis with a valid proof of purchase from www.noralozza.com.
