Natural Fiber:
This product is made from a natural fiber that requires special care and handling.
- Avoid excessive contact with water or corrosive substances that may permanently damage or stain the fiber.
- Clean dust and/or stains from the fiber using a soft cloth dampened with water and soap. Always clean in the natural direction of the fiber, never against it.
- With daily use, it is normal for the natural fiber to show wrinkles or folds.
- Continuous friction or rubbing against dark-colored textiles or abrasive textures, such as denim, may cause wear, stains, or color transfer onto our products.
- Leather parts should be maintained with our care products available at NORA LOZZA stores.

We offer free returns and exchanges in the US territory. Please submit your request by email to customerservice@noralozza.com
RETURNS
Once you have submitted a return request, you will be provided with a complimentary shipping label and return authorization available via email or download at the time of the request with detailed return instructions.
Please be aware that duties and taxes are non–refundable, and a $30 fee will be deducted from your refund for any order place outside the US.
Please do not ship your return back without a return authorization. It will not be processed.
EXCHANGES
Please note, we do not accept exchanges from orders placed outside the US at this time, however, we recommend placing your new order now and send your current item back as a return.
Protect the leather from corrosive substances that discolor or stain the product. Have special care with the excess of alcohol or antibacterial gel on your hands.
We recommend occasionally treating leather with a leather conditioner to keep it hydrated. Avoid exposing the product to abrasive surfaces and store the item in its original dust bag when not in use.
Our warranty coverage is six (6) months on handbags, wallets, and leather goods, two (2) months on footwear, and one (1) month on jewelry from the date of invoice. NORA LOZZA is not responsible for the wear and tear of the product due to use or for special, incidental or indirect damages, regardless of their cause.
