Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on full price merchandise that is unused, in the original packaging and has a return request made within 30 days of purchase. Please note, items purchased at a 30% or more discount are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging (including boxes and dust bags) with tags still attached. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged - scratched, worn or not in their original packaging. If your order was placed within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded. For orders placed outside the US, shipping, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through NORA LOZZA. 


NORA LOZZA reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued. 

 

For any order placed outside the US, if an item is returned because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, NORA LOZZA will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by NORA LOZZA. Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received by our warehouse.

 

US RETURNS:

We offer free returns and exchanges in the US territory. Please submit your request by email to customerservice@noralozza.com


Once you have submitted a return request, you will be provided with a complimentary shipping label and return authorization available via email or download at the time of the request with detailed return instructions. Please do not ship your return back without a return authorization. It will not be processed.

 

OUTSIDE US ORDERS RETURNS:

For orders placed outside the US return requests must be submitted by email to customerservice@noralozza.com

Please be aware that original shipping costs, duties and taxes are non–refundable, and a $30 fee will be deducted from your refund for any international return. When you have submitted your return request, a pre-paid return label and return authorization will be emailed to you. Please do not ship your return back without a return authorization. It will not be processed.

 

EXCHANGES

For US exchanges, please submit your exchanges request by email to customerservice@noralozza.com. Please note, we do not accept exchanges from orders placed outside the US at this time, however, we recommend placing your new order now and send your current item back as a return.

 

WARRANTY


NORA LOZZA takes pleasure in handling repairs to products that have been damaged by manufacturing or material defects. Please note that our warranty does not cover claims based on wear and tear of the product, such as scratches to the skin from contact with rough surfaces; stains from other substances such as dye, perfume, lotion, and dust; exposure to water, especially rain; exposure to high temperatures.


Our warranty coverage is six (6) months on handbags, wallets, and leather goods, two (2) months on footwear, and one (1) month on jewelry from the date of invoice. NORA LOZZA is not responsible for the wear and tear of the product due to use or for special, incidental or indirect damages, regardless of their cause.
