Shipping Times and Costs

We offer express worldwide shipping. Please note we do not ship to PO boxes.


Next Day air not available. The shipping costs associated with your order will be displayed at checkout.



Estimated Delivery Time

Orders placed will be processed in 1 business day and shipping time will be within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped. Please note, processing times do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. If you don’t receive one, make sure to check your spam folder. You can also log into your Nora Lozza account to check on your order status at any time. 

 

Taxes and Duties

US Orders:

For orders shipping within the US, sales tax will be charged at checkout on orders shipping to the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Texas, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin

International Orders:

For orders shipping to a country on our DDP list, taxes and duties are able to be prepaid at checkout or are already included in the product price. The total is shown at checkout.

For orders shipping  to a country on our DDU list, the order will be subject to duties and taxes upon receipt and payable by the customer.
